Frequently Asked Questions

Client Centered Care Psychiatric Medication Services is a psychiatric practice that provides mental health medication services for individuals through the lifespan, ages 5-100. 

Medication management services are provided to include initial diagnostic intake and treatment as well as follow up medication management appointments and medication refills.  Genetic testing may also be requested and completed in session.  

Current times are available by appointment only and may be set up by completing the questionnaire in the contact section of this web page.
